Katie Rose, MPAS, PA-C

Katie joined CDS in May of 2007. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Health and Sports Sciences degree in 2002 from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. Katie Rose also holds a Master of Health Science degree in the Physician Associate program, also from the University of Oklahoma, which she obtained in 2004. Katie Rose is licensed in Texas and is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C). Current professional memberships include the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). Katie has lived in Dallas since March 2005.

Erin Nulf, MPAS, PA-C

Erin joined CDS in June of 2007. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1992 from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California and was a Research Fellow at Eastern Washington University from 2000-2001. Erin obtained a Master of Medical degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in December of 2006. Erin is licensed in Texas and is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C). Current professional memberships include the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Heidi Cook

Heidi Cook, PA-C Physician Assistant

Heidi joined CDS in April 2009. She completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in December of 2005. She received her Bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 1992. Heidi is licensed as a PA in Texas and is nationally certified as a PA-C. Currently, she holds a professional membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Elizabeth Hernandez, MA
Cosmetic Consultant and Patient Coordinator

Elizabeth first came to CDS in 1995. She worked as a Medical Assistant, assisting Dr. Brown in Mohs Surgery (removal of skin cancers) as well as cosmetic procedures. In August of 2006, Elizabeth took over her current position, Cosmetic Consultant and Patient coordinator and began handling all of the cosmetic consults. Elizabeth is usually the person patients talk to from the first phone call/e-mail regarding questions about cosmetic procedures all the way thru to actually being with the patient in the surgery room for certain procedures. Cosmetic procedures include the injection of Botox, Restylane® and Radiesse™, as well as liposuction, CO2 laser, Cool touch laser, hair laser removal, new Fraxel technology for the tightening and improvement of the skin, Versapulse, Mesotherapy and Thermage.
